I am so done with winter. I know I get like this every single year, but I want warmer weather.
I want to take the kids on walks and let Eli just run to get all of his energy out. We have had a couple days of warmer-ish sunshiney weather and fingers crossed it lasts and all of this stinking snow melts.
And I desperately want to dress Emaline in sweet dresses and rompers. So much so that when I know we aren’t leaving the house, I do dress her in spring dresses and rompers. This is how we style spring clothes, when it is still very much winter time here in snowy, snowy Michigan.
dress: Little Hip Squeaks. They have this swing dress every season, just with different colors and sometimes sleeves. So stinkin’ adorable.
moccs: Freshly Picked, thrifted.
bow: Mina Loves Bows.
necklace: I don’t remember the brand, but I bought it from a local shop, James & Olive.
tee: Osh Kosh B’Gosh. RJ found this at the Osh Kosh outlet and it is perfect for us, since Peter Pan is my favorite Disney movie.
shorts: babyGap. I bought these last summer, but she barely got to wear them, so I am squeezing this babe into them still.
knee socks: Old Navy. I wish I bought more of these in other colors, I can’t find them again. If anyone knows where I can find more tiny knee socks, please please please leave it in the comments:)
dress: Crazy 8. I bought this when I was still pregnant on clearance there, and fell in love with the hot air balloon print. So whimsical.
fringe boots: Sonoma, thrifted. I may have purchased these for Eli…and RJ may have told me that he absolutely could not wear them. But they are such fun boots that just happen to look exactly like my favorite Minnetonka fringe boots, so we will most definitely be doing some matchy match outfits.
headband: Little Hip Squeaks. I’m trying to trick Emmy into wearing more headbands by putting them on her then giving her food to distract her. So far it is not working, but I have high hopes that she will be wearing hair accessories every day by summer.
button up: Genuine Kids by Osh Kosh. Just one of the million reasons that I love Target. This brand is so good.
moccs: Freshly Picked, thrifted. This Coral color is sort of a neutral, yet looks great with bright colors. Perfect for spring.
bow: Mina Loves Bows. Again.
Soon we will be wearing sleeveless dresses and no tights and be running around barefoot.
