Since Eli was old enough to eat “snacks” I’ve been buying the Annie’s Cheddar Bunnies. We ALWAYS have the Cheddar Bunnies in our pantry and Annie’s Mac and Cheese is both my kids’ favorite–seriously it’s so yummy. Now, we’re branching out and incorporating Annie’s Homegrown into our breakfast routine for easy breakfast options that are tiny human approved!
Elijah is the slowest eater in the world. I’m not even joking. He will take two hours to eat breakfast. But, when we actually have to be out the door on time, you know, like for preschool or church or an appointment, he doesn’t eat more than a bite and then in the car he complains about how starving he is.
So, after too many morning car rides of him complaining, which leads to Emmy saying she is hungry even though she just ate a bowl of yogurt, I have decided that we need to switch up our normal dinosaur oatmeal or PB&J sandwich routine for something a little more fresh, and a little more portable than a bowl of oatmeal.
