Elijah has his first Valentine’s Day party at preschool today. He wrote his name on most of the valentines for his classmates…he got lazy and just scribbled on the last few. I know that Emmy feels a little left out, I let her pick out valentines at Target because she wanted Sofia ones and they were only a couple dollars. But I wanted to throw her a little “party” to share in the Valentine’s love.
We ate peanut butter m&ms and the adorable and easy dipped Oreo Pops that I shared here. And we drank milk out of the cutest milk bottles that I saw at the Dollar Spot and resisted the first time, and then passed by them again at Target and had to buy them. I’m glad I did because she adores the milk bottles.
I might have to buy her some that aren’t glass because I’m nervous she will drop it and shatter it.
Are her pig tails adorable or what?
The paper heart garland is c/o the Frick and Frack, and Calli does great work. The paper garland is actually sewn, so I know it will last for future Valentine’s parties…or we might just have to hang it in Emaline’s princess room. It is her favorite colors, “pink and purple and pink.”
Check out Calli’s shop, the Frick and Frack on etsy, she has this “Love Stinks” banner that has my other favorite emoji on it. So good.
When did she turn into such a little girl?!?
Emmy’s leather bow perfection is from mina loves bows. Her heart eye emoji leggings are from Kickin’ Legs. Her henley dress is from Old Navy–they have crazy cheap clearance right now in case you need to check it out.
I really enjoy the one on one time Emaline and I get to have while Eli is in preschool.
And because I can’t help myself when it comes to flat lays…here is Eli’s Valentine’s Party style:
What are your tiny humans wearing for Valentine’s Day? Do you buy special outfits or just find something pink or red for them to wear? Tell me in the comments!
