Next year, when we dye eggs, I will prepare at least 2-3 dozen eggs. We went through 12 eggs in about 10 minutes. And the only reason it took so long is because I kept making them pose for pictures. It’s rough being a blogger’s kid.
Emmy was very interested in the egg dyeing. RJ let her drop the eggs in and reach into the cup to get them out.
Her hands might be permanently blue.
Elijah really wanted to make a pink and a purple egg. He knows purple is my favorite color.
Then my incredibly creative husband decided to make a couple baymax eggs. He drew the baymax eyes on the eggs with sharpie when they were white and then Eli was psyched to dye them red.
My red wasn’t super red, so they ended up being kind of orangey. But Eli loved them anyway. He was so proud.
We made it out generally clean and incredibly happy.
