When I was pregnant with Emaline, I looked into so many double strollers. I weighed the pros and cons of each. I made sure that there were multiple options for different ages to use the strollers, and I finally settled on the Joovy Caboose Ultralight. Eli was only 2 when I had Emaline, so having options for him in the stroller was an absolute necessity. I loved the Caboose Ultralight for where we were then. It was perfect. But it is not so perfect now, since both Eli and Emmy are over 35 pounds. It’s pretty difficult for me to steer a long stroller with the infant carseat in the front and one of the older tiny humans on the caboose.
So this time around, I knew that there were specific things we needed in a double. I wanted a side by side, since those are easier to maneuver with larger tiny humans in them. I wanted a higher weight limit so we had the option of using the stroller with any of the kids together, for at least another year or two. And I wanted a good amount of storage.
