I love how laid back our Christmas Day is. We have 2 days of super late nights and parties and church the two days prior to Christmas, so it’s so nice to have a relaxed Christmas Day. We slept in, opened gifts in our pjs, ate some delicious french toast casserole, napped, and then headed to my parents house for dinner.
Elijah, my almost 4 year old, is helping out with this post today, explaining what is happening in all the pictures.
Thats our house and tree after Santa came. Look at that Mickey with the beard. Did Santa bring us that?
Daddy is tired. Right before we opened those presents, I’m glad you didn’t make me eat first.
Look at those toys in our stockings. I liked all the toys and candy in there. Can I have some of that candy now?
That’s Blades! I opened him from Santa. Santa knew that I wanted Rescue Bots. I told him I did. I really like my Rescue Bots.
Me and Emmy and Daddy are opening Emmy’s lego. Is that the one I bought her? Daddy helped us build it after.
What is Bumblebee doing in the nativity!? He wasn’t there when baby Jesus was born. He is not a wisemen or an angel.
Aw, look at Emmy and her baby. She’s kissing her like a mama.
Emmy thinks that is hair, but it’s Playdoh. Noni bought her that Playdoh.
We had to wait so long to open presents. I don’t even like to eat.
I switched Noni’s tree to the colored lights. I do that because I like the colors. And Noni is funny when I do that.
What are Emmy and Noni doing under there? That’s silly. Noni likes when the lights are glowy white. She shouldn’t be laughing.
I don’t know what we’re doing. I look happy. Emmy doesn’t have socks on with her pjs. This must be after we opened presents because they are all gone.
Look at our police car Legos! Mama, did you know that that is my Lego too? Papi said it’s my Lego too.
I’ll be sharing some photos from our Christmas Eve Eve and Christmas Eve later this week, so be sure to check back. I hope you had the best Christmas with your family.
